AP Report: Two Democratic Senators and one governor have bailed out. They call themselves retiring. The Senators are Chris Dodd of Connecticut and Byron Dorgan of North Dakota. The governor is Bill Ritter of Colorado.
UPDATE: Dodd's retirement will help the Democrats. Makes sense.
